The factory for the production of industrial equipment appealed to the public reception of the Business Ombudsman in Pavlovsky Posad for help. Some time ago, the company delivered a large batch of high-quality goods to Kazakhstan under the contract. However, the customer did not transfer the payment for the goods within the time specified in the contract and stopped contacting.
In the reception area, entrepreneurs were helped to arrange for filing a claim to the arbitration court. And also through contacts we reached the representative office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Kazakhstan. The customers were found. However, this time, they, referring to the fact that the bank, to which, according to the agreement, the money was supposed to be credited, is under sanctions, again did not pay for the goods.
