A contact center for providing free legal assistance to entrepreneurs has been operating in the Moscow Region for more than a year, created on the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman, spoke about the work of the contact center since the beginning of the year:

- Despite the abundance of digital services for businesses, it is often important for entrepreneurs to voice their problem and consult with a specialist on a particular issue. We often receive calls concerning land and property relations, violations in the tax sphere, and the activities of regulatory and supervisory authorities. Entrepreneurs often ask for clarification of what self-examination, preventive visit, and consultation are. Questions are often asked about federal and regional support measures, the specifics of working on a franchise, starting work as a self-employed person, the procedure for registering a new sole proprietor, obtaining a land plot for production.

Since the beginning of the year, the most calls to the contact center have been received from entrepreneurs from Krasnogorsk, Shchelkov and Podolsk city districts.
