Vladimir Golovnev told entrepreneurs from the Moscow Region about the service for checking the execution of regulations operating in the region.

Due to the moratorium on inspections in force in Russia and the productive work of control (supervisory) agencies for the prevention of violations, administrative pressure on business has decreased. However, for the safety of life and health of citizens, scheduled inspections of organizations with an extremely high and high degree of risk and unscheduled inspections, for example, on complaints from citizens, can be carried out.

- An entrepreneur, at whose enterprise violations were detected, can now transmit data on their elimination remotely. For this purpose, Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow Region has created a mobile application to confirm the elimination of violations according to the order issued by regional control (supervisory) bodies, said Vladimir Golovnev, the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region.

He explained how it works: if violations are detected by the inspector during the audit, an order is drawn up with a checklist, which are sent to the subject of control (in particular, the entrepreneur) in the personal account of the user of the RPGU portal. In the same message, you receive a username and password to log in to the mobile application and links to download it to your phone.

After installing the application and logging in, the entrepreneur can confirm the elimination of violations by attaching photos, documents or comments (the method is determined by the inspector who forms the checklist).

The inspector remotely evaluates the materials sent by the subject of control and, if the materials sent are sufficient, refuses to re-check the execution of the order.

With the help of the application, the number of unscheduled inspections in the region decreased by 30%.
