A limited liability company registered in the Serpukhov city district filed a complaint against the actions of bailiffs to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
As a result of a technical error, decisions were made against the company to recover funds for debts incurred by an organization with a similar name, but registered in Moscow. As a result of the intervention of the Commissioner, the unlawful collection of funds from the applicant was prevented.
