Vladimir Golovnev: 90% of Moscow region entrepreneurs use digital services.
At a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that the Government will continue to work to increase the number of SMEs and reduce the administrative burden on businesses. Entrepreneurs from the Moscow region who took part in surveys conducted by the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow region consider digitalization and preventive measures in the control and supervisory sphere useful for business development.
- A lot is being done in the region to create favorable comfortable business conditions and increase the number of people who want to try themselves as an entrepreneur, - says Vladimir Golovnev, the Moscow Business Ombudsman of the Moscow region, - these are support measures, benefits, convenient digital services. To analyze the business climate in the Moscow region, we regularly conduct surveys of the business community. Research based on the results of 2023 showed that 90% of Moscow region entrepreneurs use digital services in their daily work and note their convenience. The vast majority (85.8%) believe that online tools significantly reduce the time required to review documents. Golovnev noted that the positive opinion of entrepreneurs about the level of digitalization development in the field of control and supervisory activities in the region has more than quadrupled over the year. The vast majority of entrepreneurs are familiar with the concept of "preventive action" within the framework of state control (supervision) and positively assess the Comprehensive Service for business within the framework of control and supervisory activities on the Regional Portal of Public Services.
