The Commissioners for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of the Kemerovo Region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Elena Churina and Olga Zagitova, took part in an interregional meeting held on the initiative of the Moscow region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

Such meetings, Golovnev stressed, are an important aspect of the work of the commissioners. The rapid exchange of existing practices for solving systemic business problems, joint participation in the development of positions on significant topics, in matters of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs whose interests are located on the territory of several subjects at the same time, have repeatedly proved their effectiveness. – The Moscow region is a kind of forge for the commissioners. For 10 years, our developments in the field of business rights protection, legal education of entrepreneurs, and involvement of the expert community in the work of a state body have become advanced for many regions, they are being adopted and applied on their territory," Vladimir Golovnev said. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the creation of a network of public reception offices in the municipalities of the Moscow region and collegial bodies under the Commissioner, for example, the expert commission on criminal prosecution of business. They also discussed the work of the Mediation Center of the Moscow Region and working groups on pre-trial dispute resolution, interaction with regulatory and supervisory authorities, government agencies, municipal administrations and the legal community.
