The heads of the enterprises affected by the fire in Fryazino were explained the procedure for action in case of force majeure.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow Region held an online meeting with the heads of organizations affected by a fire in a non-residential building leased to entrepreneurs in Fryazino.
In accordance with the Law (http://pravo.gov.ru/proxy/ips/?docbody=&nd=102024717) the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow Region has the right to issue Opinions on the evidence of force majeure circumstances. During the event, Alexander Stupin, the Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow Region, the public assistant to the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, explained the procedure for dealing with the current situation.
He told how to write a statement correctly, in which cases the opinion of the Chamber will be needed, as well as about other types of legal opinions and examinations that the Chamber issues in emergency situations. The meeting participants answered the questions of the affected Fryazino entrepreneurs and expressed their willingness to advise them in the future.
