The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev was approached by the owner of a company producing pesticides and detergents. 

The entrepreneur needed help in solving the problem that arose during the labeling of goods, as a result of which the supply of products was significantly hampered. On behalf of Vladimir Golovnev, the  head of the public reception of the Commissioner in the Pavlovsky Posad city district Margarita Smirnova  supervised this issue.

The Limited Liability Company is a domestic manufacturer of disinfectants and detergents. The company is a regular supplier of products to a number of large medical institutions in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Having violated the marking procedure on the official website of the state marking and tracing system "Honest Mark", the manufacturer faced difficulties.

In the public reception of the Business Ombudsman, the entrepreneur was helped to eliminate the mistake made during registration in the “Honest Mark” system.

The manufacturer has resumed the supply of goods in full. The company expressed its gratitude to the reception of the Business Ombudsman in resolving the issue.
