The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev was approached by a businessman from Zhukovsky city district with a request for assistance in providing a lease of a land plot without bidding.

An entrepreneur engaged in the sale of gas equipment purchased a real estate object located on a land plot belonging to a municipal entity. This site was leased from the previous owner of the building, the term of the land lease agreement was coming to an end.

On behalf of Vladimir Golovnev, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner in the Zhukovsky city district Vladimir Luchin took control of the issue.

The head of the public reception, Vladimir Luchin, organized a meeting of the entrepreneur with the administration of the municipality, as a result of which the owner of the facility submitted an application through the RPGU portal requesting the conclusion of a lease agreement for a land plot without bidding. Since 30 days after submitting the application, a decision was received on the provision of a plot. At the moment, the contract with the new tenant of the land has been signed.
