Not a single regulatory legal act relevant to entrepreneurial activity in Naro-Fominsk city district remains without the assessment of the business community.
Last Tuesday, the Naro-Fominsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a Board meeting with representatives of the municipal administration, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region and the Commission on Economics and Entrepreneurship of the city Public Chamber.
At the meeting, the draft resolution of the administration was considered concerning the procedure for placing summer seasonal cafes in parks through the provision of municipal services. The information was also heard about the work of the Coordinating Council for the development of a program for the conservation of water object in the Naro-Fominsk city district "Living River".
During the meeting, the head of the Office of the Business Ombudsman Natalia Chudakova summed up the work of the state body in the first half of 2024, noting that most of the appeals come through the public reception offices of the Commissioner in the municipalities of the Moscow Region (86.6%) and are mainly related to issues of legal regulation of business, land legislation and abuse of dominant position. Special attention was paid to the well-built relationships between business and local governments in the city district.
"Discussing the draft resolution, the meeting participants noted that no regulatory document in the district remains without an assessment of the regulatory impact by the business community. Such interaction between government and business is very valuable, it shows the openness and interest of officials in the development of the municipality's economy, attracting investments and creating a favorable climate for entrepreneurs"- Natalia Chudakova stressed.
