The Moscow Region company received a subsidy for the purchase of equipment after the assistance of the Business Ombudsman.
At the beginning of September this year, applications from Moscow regional enterprises began to be accepted for reimbursement of part of the costs associated with the purchase of new equipment.
According to the program, up to 50% of the costs incurred and confirmed are compensated, but not more than 20 million rubles per recipient of the subsidy.
The confectionery factory from Khimki city district decided to take part in the competition and, having independently filled out an electronic application on the website of the relevant ministry, began to expect the result. However, instead of a positive decision on the application, a refusal came.
To protect their rights and legitimate interests, the factory's management turned to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev. After examining the applicant's arguments and making sure that the previously submitted application for a subsidy was correct, the Business Ombudsman sent a letter to the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science with a request to re-examine the company's application.
As a result of the actions taken, the company was allowed to participate in the competition. And just a few days ago, its results became known: the confectionery factory became one of the winners, having received the required subsidy for the purchased equipment.
