More than 100 entrepreneurs took part in the forum "Impulse for the development of remote areas of the Moscow region".
The current state of business, investment potential and support for entrepreneurial activity in remote areas of the Moscow region - all this was discussed at the inter-municipal forum of entrepreneurs "Lotoshino 2025. An impulse for the development of remote areas of the Moscow region."
During the industry sections held at the forum, representatives of relevant departments exchanged views with the business community, found new business contacts, and shared useful practices.
The event was held on the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow region Vladimir Golovnev and the District Administration. The Forum was attended by representatives of the Moscow City Duma, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow region, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, business associations "Opora Russia", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow region and more than 100 entrepreneurs from the urban districts of Lotoshino, Volokolamsk, Istra, Krasnogorsk, business representatives from the Tver region.
More than 60% of the forum's guests conduct their business in Lotoshino, 37% are individual entrepreneurs, 31.5 are heads of large and medium-sized businesses, 13% are self-employed.
Representatives of relevant departments spoke about key measures to support businesses, create new opportunities that contribute to economic growth and improve the quality of life of local residents.
In addition to financial assistance, entrepreneurs can count on effective protection of their rights and legitimate interests. Natalia Chudakova, the Head of the Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, told the audience about the work of the Business Ombudsman. She stressed that the main task of the forum is communication between business and government, designed to help entrepreneurs develop their business, create more jobs, thereby improving the economy of the region. On the territory of the urban districts of Lotoshino, Volokolamsk and Shakhovskaya, there is a public reception of the Business Ombudsman, headed by Natalia Karaskova.
The work of the forum was conducted in two specialized sections. At one of them, Kirill Zhigarev, the Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, said that the department had specially developed support measures for remote territories. During the work of the second section, Dmitry Cherepnin, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region, informed the forum participants about measures to support agricultural producers. Among them are subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, assistance in providing qualified specialists, grants "Agrotourism", "Agrostartap", "Family farm development" and much more. The speakers not only spoke in detail about the main support measures, but also listened to entrepreneurs, answered all their questions.
The participants of the event also had the opportunity to personally discuss their issues with representatives of the Prosecutor's Office and the Commissioner. In some cases, entrepreneurs have received comprehensive explanations and recommendations. Some of the appeals were put into operation to verify the arguments contained and possible response measures.
- Thanks to the attention of the Team of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov to the remote territories of the region, over the past 3 years more than 6 thousand hectares of old arable land have been put into circulation in our city district, the number of cattle has increased, and consequently dairy yields, agriculture and food production are actively developing. This forum is very important for us, entrepreneurs were able to communicate with representatives of all branches of government in a live dialogue and get a lot of new, useful and practically applicable information," said Ekaterina Dolgasova, head of Lotoshino.
