Four businessmen applied for protection of their rights and legitimate interests. Entrepreneurs from the urban districts of Ruzsky, Chernogolovka, Solnechnogorsk and Pavlovsky Posad addressed their complaints. The complaints concerned the inaction of law enforcement officers during an inspection of property damage to an entrepreneur, the refusal of the administration to provide land plots, and the failure of officials of the bailiff service to take measures on enforcement proceedings. The participants of the meeting clarified a number of details from the applicants.Checks will be carried out on all applications considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of prosecutorial response will be taken.
