Moscow Region expands the practice of interaction between business and penitentiary institutions.
The prospects of interaction of the business community with institutions executing punishment in the form of forced labor were discussed today at a working meeting by the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Moscow Region Alexander Vetrov and the acting head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice for the Moscow Region Roman Kloptsov.
