Vladimir Golovnev: a special expert committee to set up under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region. Purpose - to protect the rights of entrepreneurs in criminal proceedings.
On the 15th January 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev held a workshop in his reception. The top line of this meeting was establishment of an expert committee for protection the rights of entrepreneurs in criminal proceedings.
