Over 79 business appeals to protect the rights and interests received the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev in February 2020.
"Almost 96% (95,9%) of incoming complaints contain appeal, some of explanation the law and the rest are the responsibility of other government authorities. Thus, only 7 appeals came from the Office of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights, the rest of appeals I received from my public receptions in Moscow Region municipalities ". - noted the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
At February 2020, most often businessmen were concerned about either actions or inactions of local officials (57, 1%), the local representatives of federal executive authorities (24,3%), the Moscow Region state authorities (17,1%), other authorities and officials (1,5%).

On March 5th, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev summarized the 2019's outcomes of Commissioner's Institute work in Moscow Region Duma. This report includes the data of qualitative and quantitative indicators of Ombudsman's Office work, analytical information of business environment in region, enforcement practices and proposals to improve the business legal framework.
The main part of the report was related to the work with entrepreneur's appeals in 2019 year.
The Business Ombudsman had marked the main theme of appeals incoming. Up to 2000 (1939) entrepreneurs requested the assistance, in the period of 2013 to 2019 over 8 000 (7941) applications were sent to the Commissioner.
43% of them - applications of territorial representatives of federal executive authority actions, 37%- local authorities, 18%- regional officials, 2%- other authorities, acting beyond Moscow Region.
