The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs from Lubertsy urban district
On January 18th 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs from Lubertsy urban district in the framework of the meeting. A crisis generated about tenant's property disputes was discussed and related to renting space on the territory (a total of 32 hectares) of an ex-factory by Uhtomsky for their own productions. A prolonged property dispute between local administration and owner of a factory complex requires its resolution.
Since privatization in the 1990s, its target value had changed continuously. The plant's facilities were claimed as storages at first and then they were replaced by production halls over time, and kind of a technopark "prototype" was formed. Over 330 entities with up to 2,5 thousand jobs for local residents run their activities on the plant's territory.

Public discussion of the oversight and enforcement activity's outcomes was held in Moscow Region MES (Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation) Department.
This event participated the staff of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman' Office, heads of Moscow Region MES units, the representatives of ministries and departments of Moscow Region Goverment, the fire safety Moscow Region officials, the representatives of small and medium business and public communities.
The Deputy head of the State Inspector for fire safety in Moscow Region Viktor Sergeev delivered his report to the participants of the meeting. The last year outcomes were indicated in the report. This event was led by Sergey Voina, who is acting the Head of MES main department in Moscow Region, a Colonel.

This meeting participated the Deputy Head of Shatura urban district Anton Ivashkin, the Chairman of Moscow Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry Igor Kuimov, the head of interdistrict 44 tax office in Moscow Region Tatiana Levitskaya and entrepreneurs from Shatura and Roshal.

The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev made a very intensive working visit to Roshal urban district: visited KPO "Progress", attended the opening of the department of the Moscow Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, met with the local business community. Current issues were discussed at this meeting, including the establishment of new system "Smart City".
In addition to Vladimir Golovnev, the greeting speech to businessmen made the head of Roshal urban district Aleksey Artuhin and the President of the Moscow Region Chamber Igor Kuimov.

The MPs of the Moscow Region Duma have already discussed draft amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation
A draft law of the Amendment of the Constitution of the Russian Federation was discussed on February 5th during public hearings in Moscow Regional Duma.
This was announced by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, who participated this meeting at the invitation of the Moscow Region Duma Chairman Igor Bryntsalov.
A special attention was paid to draft law "Of the improvement of the selected issues regulation for organization of public authority", which was introduced into Regional Duma by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin - noted Vladimir Golovnev.
