Over 178 of entrepreneur's appeals were received by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev just during the first month this year.
On January 2020 up to 178 complaints reached the Business Ombudsman's Office, 2 of them were forwarded from the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights, 149- were received from municipality public receptions, the rest were sent to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman directly.

The owner of the biggest Moscow Region pet foods factory applied to the Business Ombudsman against the Central Interregional Office of the State Road Supervision in Transport (Central IOSRST).
