Earlier, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs Vladimir Golovnev summing up the results of work for 2022, spoke about participation in lawsuits. Separately, he noted the activities of the state body for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from public legal relations that have arisen between business and authorities. -
The number of court sessions with the participation of the Moscow Business Ombudsman has doubled.
In 2022, the practice of participation of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region in court proceedings was continued, and in comparison with previous years, the share of participation of the Business Ombudsman in court proceedings increased by 2 times (in 2021 – 57, in 2022 – 111).

79% of the appeals received by the Business Ombudsman are considered in public receptions.
About 17 thousand appeals were received by the public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the urban districts of the Moscow Region.
