On June 4th 2020 the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Boris Titov held another weekly workshop with regional business ombudsmen. Vladimir Golovnev represented the Moscow Region at this meeting. The event participated The Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russian Federation Svetlana Bondarchuk, responding the regional business issues, which are the most used.

Over 800 business applications considered in May 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
Up to 5 thousand applications from region entrepreneurs were considered in Commissioner's Office during last 5 months. Monthly number of complaints has increased significantly from March to May this year due to the restriction measures of Coronavirus prevention.

Despite the fact that a businessman forced to suspend the childcare services from March 2020, he managed to save his team, composed of 12 persons. However his subsidy application, in size of minimum wage for each employee, was declined in May on site nalog.ru, whereas it had been approved at first. Meanwhile, a cause of the rejection was "non-maintenance of employee number". On May 28th the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Boris Titov held another online workshop with regional business ombudsmen.
