The Moscow Regional experience & achievements run throughout the regions
From Kaliningrad to Kamchatka - this is the exactly extended range of VII annual conference of Moscow Regional Commissioner Institute, that took place these weekend and was set at the park-hotel "Orlovsky" the Leninsky urban district. The event participated by business ombudsmen from 31 regions, heads of public receptions and Moscow Regional Commissioner public assistants, business networks leaders and federal business Ombudsman Boris Titov personally. The entrepreneurial systemic issues were discussed at the summit as well as experience-sharing of municipalities interaction.

Vladimir Golovnev took personal control of Korolev businessmen concerns
On August 10 the Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev visited the Korolev urban district to meet with local businesses community representatives. Alexander Hodyrev, who is the District Chief, participated the business conversation with entrepreneurs. He informed of the measures being taken to support business outcome in the municipality and some positive effects of these acts.

Vladimir Golovnev met with entrepreneurs of Bronnitsy
Last Tuesday, the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev, together with the head of the Bronnitsy urban district, Viktor Nevolin, and the head of the public reception of the business ombudsman Alla Rodina, took part in an extended meeting of the Board of Directors of enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs of Bronnitsy.

“No money in the budget”- is a highly doubtful reason for officials letting pre-existing municipal contracts and agreements be unpaid. But that excuse is often heard among the Moscow region entrepreneurs, as well from the other districts officials.

Contract done, payment … awaited
In July, the Podolsk legal entity director complained to the Moscow Regional Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev. The businessmen claimed, that he had entirely completed work under city contract but still was not paid. And the matter had been settled for the business benefit just within fortnight as a result.
